Question About Honeywell Dehumidifier HDH-140
Dehumidifier not removing moisture...

fan works, humidity sensor acting erradically (RH sometimes goes up, not down while it is running). Small amount of ice build up at the lower left corner of the air filter enclosure, no evidence of ice on the cooling elements. Does not appear to be producing condensate.
