freezer is freezing EVERYTHING (ice build-up on everything in the freezer and freezes things on the top shelf of the refrigerator). So cold that it freezes the moving parts in the ice tray and it will not turn to dispense the ice. Ice so frozen that you have to remove the ice drawer and chop it out of the ice bucket.
