I received today a Kensington "KEYFOLIO PRO 2 REMOVABLE KEYBOARD & Case. The case is fine while the Keyboard does not work. Spoke to two support people and they informed me the keyboard was not working. The case # given in to me is W095373. Need to know how to return this item and obtain a replacement.
