bill No:104111 on 4th Jan-08 Mr. Lavakumar has changed his address from Classic Comfort Apartments 3A to Creative Enviroes Apartment T-05 24th Main Road HSR Layout 2nd Sector Bangalore-102. The service engineer has taken the transformer of oven but not yet fixed it back to the new address its being 1 month now.
