0 I have the ice maker igloo silver ice 102c and I too cannot get out the filter to clean it has stopped working I need a response please you have no # to call for support this is not making people very happy please respond asap Im Nan White at 303 289 7628 when I click the manual on here it never takes me to the right manual and its in Spanish and I speak  English this is a question not an answer.

0 Richnanw, once you click on get manual here there is a search bar at the top, type in your product  igloo portable icemaker other manuals will come up for igloo refrigerators but at the very bottom there is the igloo portable icemaker manual.  I hope this helps.  I am trying to problem shoot nasty ice after having cleaned the machine.  Good Luck!
