1 More data on "alarm ringing wont stop". The freezer is Imperial, Commercial Grade. I found the door open and I closed it but alarm kept ringing. When I turned it off and then on again, the alarm kept ringing. I turned the freezer off and disconnected it for now. . Maybe it's not an alarm but a noise coming from the motor of the freezer.
