How to load pictures from computer...

How do I load pictures from my computer using the USB cable to the Insignia 7" digital photo frame. I have it plugged in and my computer doesn't find it.

0 I AM IN THE SAME BOAT.THIS FRAME IS FOR MY MOTHER AND WE WANTED ALOT OF PICTURES ON IT BEFORE WE GAVE IT TO HER FOR CHRISTMAS.WE HAVE 10 USB'S AND NONE FIT ! ONLY ONE FROM THE FRAME TO THE CAMERA.I MAY BE TAKING THIS FRAME BACK.I WANT TO LOAD PIC'S FROM MY COMPUTER,NOT CAMERA OR CARD.
