CLEANING...

I HAVE OWNED THIS PRODUCT FOR OVER THREE YEARS AND THE RED LIGHT HAS NEVER COME ON, WE USUALLY CLEAN ONCE THE UNIT STARTS TO SIZZLE WITH STATIC. TWO DAYS AGO THE RED LIGHT CAME ON AND WE CAN NOT GET IT TO GO OFF - THE UNIT IS CLEAN, PLEASE HELP.
