Question About JVC Computer Monitor LT-17X475
monitor help...

My husband was watching TV on the monitor, he was trying to make an adjustment in the menu area (near where yiou change the language) and the lower half of the monitor went black and he now can not remove the black box or get it to switch over to PC use
