Question About Kenmore Double Oven 88963
I have a double oven kenmore model No. 628.9468213...

I have a double oven kenmore model No. 628.9468213, and the bottom element gets red hot. The upper element seems to be putting out heat, but not like the bottom. Is it the thermostat, or possibly an element problem?
