I have a Kenmore elite Quiet Pak II front loading washer. It stops after running for a few minutes and the error message F02 flashes. I cannot find the owner's manual explaining what the message means.

5 This worked like a champ for me, except there was still water in my washer before I started. Regardless, it was still better then having a repair man come out... Thanks!

5 Thank you for the drain line error message. On my machine it was 1/4 screws and the job only took a few minutes. Suggestion, have a catch pan ready for the trapped water.

5 This is a drain line error message. You can unscrew the front bottom of the washer, just three 9/32 screws at the very bottom of the machine. Pull the cover off and in the middle of frame is a soda pop can sized plastic container. The cover is easily unscrewed then just clean out the little filter. Really easy to do, just a bit of yucky work.

3 The plastic drum that surrounds the metal drum on my washer has suddenly started cracking and peeling off in layers. What causes this, and how can it be repaired?

2 I cleaned the drum at the bottom of the washer, but only one wash worked fine from start to finish until I received the message again and the washer now stops only once instead of multiple times.

0 This worked really well. Its also worth checking the rubber tube that feeds into the back of the filter housing, I found another sock in there too. Total tally: 3 socks (12-24 months) and 52 cents...
