5 Hi, I did a bit of research for you on Amazon and other forums. My advice is to check your Wi-Fi. When mine has locked up, just bringing it nearer the computer unlocked the iPad and keyboard. Another thing to know is that the keyboard is bluetooth to the iPad and both need to be charged. When the iPad gets low on charge, the keyboard locks up or does not turn on. If neither of these help, call Apple. They are wonderful at Technical Support and have always solved my problems/issues. You can make an appointment and this may be the best. Here is a link to apple support on bluetooth connection. http://support.apple.com/kb/ts3048#1 Let me know if this doesn't work.
