Question About Kia Automobile 96 kia sportage
Need help with starting problem...

We have been working on my 96 kia sportage replacing the clutch things like that but now that we are done it want start it turns over but want crank, my husband says he is not getting any juice to the fuel pump checking it with the meter he says their is no juice coming from the relay to the fuel pump. need to know how we can fix this.
