I purchased a Kobalt string trimmer on 5/14/2014 model KS 120X-06. I have used it maybe 4 times. I plugged the charger in to charge the battery as the battery was dead after sitting unused all winter. No lights come on on the charger and the battery does not charge. Is this covered by warranty? How do I determine if the battery is also bad?
