3 I am happy to tell you that you might not have to hard reset it. Using the steps below I hope you will be able to fix it If you forgot the pattern on your tablet which you cannot recall what it was. You can recover it in two steps. The first option is to tap on forgot pattern and input your gmail account. this requires internet access and your tablet must be connected to it still. Once you input the gmail account, it will send an email to your inbox with a screenshot of the pattern. The seond option to open the home screen is by performing hard reset on your tablet. Performing this reset will delete all data on the tablet that can only be recovered if you made a back up recently. To factory reset: 1. Turn off the tablet 2. Press and hold volume down and power simultaneouly. Hold it for 30 seconds until an Android logo will appear on screen then let go. 3. Scroll down by pressing Volume down and Volume up to select any from the selection. 4. Select Wipe Data/Reset and select wipe data again and wait till it`s done. 5. Go back to the menu and select reboot to restart the system. Once the tablet has been restarted it will all be back to default values. Good luck
