Atomic ClockWWVB-has run amok...hands keep moving ...

Atomic ClockWWVB-has run amok...hands keep moving as if in search of signal. Has been in the same wall location for 5 yrs, no problem. Have changed battery, no result, hands keep moving forward quickly. How do I prevent moving hands and reset for correct time zone?
