Question About Lennox Hearth Indoor Fireplace EBVCR SERIES
interior paint falling off and glass dirty...

Purchased a home with gas fireplace that is 4 years old. The paint inside is falling off; the logs need to be rearranged and the glass cleaned. I don't know if I can do this or need to have someone come out (vashon, WA 98070) can't figure out how to open it.
