replaced light bulb in my garage door opener. Now ...

replaced light bulb in my garage door opener. Now it will not open. I can hear relay making sound when garage door opener button is pushed. I noticed one of the sensors near one side of the door blinks when a pass my hand in front of it. The other sensor stays green solid and will not blink when i move my hand in front of it.
