Question About Lincoln Electric ac-150/4.3 as
engine governor spring's locations...

e mailed photos or hand drawings would be a step toward knowing if the springs are hooked to the right area.and a close shot of the end of the carb shaft with the adjustment screw and the lever that is connected to the rod that you pull to idle up
