When converting a lincoln ac/dc 225/125 welder from three wires to four wires where do I hook up the white wire coming from the new cord to the welder? Also in the breaker /fuse panel on the house does the white wire go to the nutral bus bar. And the ground / bare wire go to the ground bus bar
