Maax Topaz 6036 Whirlpool Tub. Please help me fin...

Maax Topaz 6036 Whirlpool Tub. Please help me find the error codes for this tub. I have an Installation Manual and Users Manual but it doesn't list the codes. I'm getting a C01 and a C03 and the tub cuts off. I think it has something to do with the wiring but I don't know for sure. Thank You So Much!
