front panel operations for sm-4450sc? Need to know...

front panel operations for sm-4450sc? Need to know what the front panel operations are? Sql and Vol/On/Off/ Channel up/dn are simple. The 4 buttons in the front lower left corner of the rig. Greeen would be display dimmer/bright. What are the other 3? And what is needed to reprogram this radio?
