We have a 100cm combo, we are daily having trouble...

We have a 100cm combo, we are daily having trouble with a daily loss of picture with a sharp crackle noise and then no signal. we have a new antenna and up to now no trouble.we bought it last year in april, please advise what we can do about this problem
