How can I get the Drivers to put into my computer ...

How can I get the Drivers to put into my computer so that I can see my Duplicator on my computer? Connect the Machine to my computer, but when I turn on my computer I dont see it. I am thinking I guess I have to download some drivers so that then I will be able to see it.
