I have a PS350S 208V 1Ph When the oven is cold and I turn it on all is fine When it reaches temp , the readout on the temp control goes to 999 and the temp falls.It will not restart. Any suggestions?

0 Sorry, I gave the wrong model number It's a JS350-2 Hope this helps
