Question About Middleby Marshall Oven PS360
Middleby Marshall PS360 gas double decks oven...

"FAIL SF" was flashing on the temperature control screen, what is that indicated? blower OK, heat OK, conveyor OK. Oven temperature was raising very slow and when it's reached at about 130F then "FAIL SF" will be flashing. Thanks
