I have purchased a Mistral Electric Pressure Cooker MPRC610. After many years using a conventional pressure cooker I think it is great, and easy to use but the manual is a bit vague about manual cooking How do you set it manually to cook vegetables? Do you use a trivet and basket and how much water do you put in?
