I have Mistral desktop water dispenser MTDTWF13 which is leaking at base and it appears the valve base located at the bottom of lower barrel chamber no longer is fixed to barrel - is there something available to re-affix this base valve (when you turn barrel up right way this valve falls out) or what can be done to solve problem as cannot be used as is
