Question About Mitsubishi Electronics CRT Television CS-36509
can't get rid of Guide+...

My power went out and when I turned the set back on the screen says the tv is installing Guide+. I can't get cable to work.I have a universal remote that dosen't enable me to cancel the Guide+. Any suggestions how to get rid of Guide+?
