I am trying to connect my M&K MX-70 Subwoofer . T...

I am trying to connect my M&K MX-70 Subwoofer . To a McIntosh C-36 Pre amp and a McIntosh 2105 Amp . I also have the M&K S100B speakers . The RCA cables ran from the SWITCH section on the Preamp to the Sub . That's all i have done so far . Please help with all other connections Thanking you in advance.
