I HAVE A 82912CBN AND AT TIMES I CANT GET HOT WATER OUT OF SHOWER BUT MOST TIMES IT IS GREAT. I HAVE SOLAR HOT WATER SYSTEM SO IT NEVER GETS REALLY COLD BUT WOULD LIKE HOT ALL THE TIME. THE WATER IS VERY HARD, COULD THAT PLUG UP OR CAUSE TEMP LIMIT SWITCH TO STICK ??? JOEL
