We have 2 new ovens and are having issues with wat...

We have 2 new ovens and are having issues with water in the bottom oven. The seal between the ovens is secure, when we use both ovens, we get so much condensation in the bottom oven, it isn't worth it. Any idea what is going on and how I can fix it?
