Question About Morphy Richards Toaster 4 slice polished chrome toaster
need help with my steam generator...

I have just purchased a jet stream ateam generator, I plugged it in and all the lights on the water tank came on but, the iron itself is doing nothing, the red light didn't come on and it is not heating up.
