Question About MTD Tiller 2 cycle cultivator
2 cycle cultivator...

i have a problem with the pulley it seems to be getting caught on something and i can only pull like 5-6 inches of the pulley, is there anyway that i can loosen the mechenism i have a garden and would really like to use it . thank you, luwanda
