Question About Napoleon Fireplaces Indoor Fireplace BGD36NTR
Fireplace wont light (gas)...

I have a Napoleon gas (natural) fireplace and can't get the pilot to light with the push botton on the unit. When I use an external (lighter) flame, it will light, but weakly and won't stay lit? any ideas?
