Question About Napoleon Fireplaces EPI 1402
smoke...

A few times when I lit my fire in the fireplace it would not catch very quickly (my fault) and smoke would build up and then start to pour out the bottom under the ledge into the room. Just wondering if this is normal or if it was not installed properly? Please let me know
