Question About New Balance Elliptical Trainer 8.0e
I am having a problem with the physical resistance...

I am having a problem with the physical resistance on my New Balance 8.0e elliptical machine. When increasing the resistance the digital image and the calories burned reflect the increase in levels. The actual physical resistance does not change. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
