Question About New Holland Lawn Mower LS45
brett ls45 lawnmower...

I apparently own one of these but know nothing about them.Can somebody tell me why,when I pull the chord to start the engine the chord won't come fully out and therefore the engine doesn't fire.Is it some kind of safety device,would be very obliged for some info,cheers,mike savell
