My mouse doesn't work anymore. As soon as I place ...

My mouse doesn't work anymore. As soon as I place the battery in it ( because I gotta remove it if I want to '' Turn it Off '' ), the laser flashes once then turns off... When I hold the little black button under the mouse and relase it after like 5 seconds, the laser flashes again but doesnt stay... Please someone help me.

0 ---- I tried with a new battery by the way ---- Just in case if anywone would tell me to do that... -_-

0 I have the same mouse and I beleive it is suspose to work that way.You dont have to take the battery out to turn it off it will go into a sleep mode when not being used.
