The oven control knob's symbols are only printed onto the stainless steel front panel, and have been easily cleaned off using warm soapy water. Even olive oil dissolves the ink. Is there any way of reinstating the symbols so we know how far to turn the knob? This problem has happened twice - the first time the repairman happened to have a spare panel and kindly replaced it for us.
