I am trying to program your Big Button Plus 20200 ...

I am trying to program your Big Button Plus 20200 for my 95 year old mother and for some reason when I press and release the store button and enter the ten digit number, it does not acknowledge the number, nor does it store it. Can someone please call me at 720-220-1577 and tell me what I am doing wrong???? Thank You Carol McCallister
