I have a Bell Phone with attached answering machin...

I have a Bell Phone with attached answering machine. The model is 39626. There are 3 mailboxes and 2 of them indicate "memory full" when I press them. I don't know how to delete the memory and cannot receive any messages. Please help!! kath
