I have the 2 tier Chocolate Fondue Fountain. The instructions say to make sure that the auger is secured and locked into position. The auger does not seen to lock. How do you get it to lock into position? The manual does not explain the small plastic washer at the motor base pin. What do I do with this clear plastic washer?
