5 Exact same model and model # but I guess it is also sold under the name of Prima instead of Nostalgia Electrics. I own one too and I lost the manual. If u look at the picture it should be the exact same model you have. Directions sound just like the ones I lost. lol. Hope this helps! And the conversions for the grams would be about 28-32 ounces of chocolate
