I have only used my iron a couple times. Tonight when I was ironing the iron started shaking and now it will not move to the down position at all. I tried to unplug it and then plugged it back in and when I turn it on it just shakes for a couple seconds and will not go into the down position at all. The iron is heating up and the steam works.
