Omega 505-2 washing machine won't stop filling wit...

Omega 505-2 washing machine won't stop filling with water (no matter what cycle I put it on) i.e.it won't move on to a washing cycle. Can this be fixed? If yes, what will it cost? Or, should I just replace it?
