I need to know how to reset the clock...

I own an Oregon Scientific Indoor/Outdoor Thermometer and Clock. Due to the time change this past weekend I need to know how to set my clock to eastern time.

0 I have the manual as a PDF, that I received from customer support via email last year. Here is the page from the manual on resetting the clock.
