5 JLBuck01, Maybe you didn't wait long enough for it to pull up the pdf. I just click on it and it pulled up the whole 40 page pdf just fine. You may need to update your Adobe Acrobat Reader to a newer version (10 is the newest) or try using a different browser. I used Firefox and it works just fine. But again, give it 30 secs - 1min to download.

2 I finally found this link for this manual. It is for the 440 series Nutritionist (40 pages) and is in pdf format (download, save and print).

2 The pdf manual shows "Breadman" but you will see that it is the correct manual for the Salton Nutritionist Auto Bread maker model NTR-440C when you see the picture of the bread maker in the manual.
