Where can I find a new blade for my Cooper Edger. The notch for the blade attachment isn't round, it's more rectangular.

0 I've found the blades at a number of Hardware Stores & and repair shops. The blade # is 40 107, (the hole is called a double D) there was also a question regarding what spark plug to use, I've been using a champion #CJ7Y. Dean

0 Additional note: check the screws that attach the carb. to the head. They tend to work loose, I use Loctite Blue as it is not as aggressive as red. Dean

0 I’ve been using my trimmer since 1989 change the oil annually, use a good grade of gasoline, (keep it full in the off season), Turn the blade around from time to time it extends the life greatly. I’m also looking for a manual the front bearing in the blade head needs replacing (I’d settle for a copy of the blade assembly w/ parts list) any assistance will be greatly appreciated. Dean
