Question About MTD 624
putting on drive belt...

how is the best way to lower the eletric pto to lower front pulley to put the drive belt on. can't loosen the pto hex bolt without turning the engine over. no place to wedge the drive shaft and all plastic on top. got to be a way. any help will be grateful.
